Hey there! If you are as diligent as I am, then you are probably reading this. My name is Ruaa and I am a hair stylist who specialises in long hair and layered haircuts, all done with scissors rather than clippers or trimmers. I am always down to chat and get to know my clients, but I am just as happy to offer a quiet haircut if you would prefer not to chat. I have been cutting hair at Open Out since January 2024 (with a few months off in 2026), and it has been incredibly meaningful to work in a queer space. I trained in South Florida, USA where I built a foundation in precision cutting and styling.
