Following our meandering re-naming journey, we are very excited to finally be able to share this with you all.
We had over 200 suggestions from our survey last year and you helped us decide to keep the beloved ‘Open’ in our name and follow it with something expansive, curious and fabulous!
We are excited to also launch a new range of merchandise to showcase our new name and logo which you can find here at Teemill. We also have stickers, cards, badges and more, which are only available to buy in the shop, not online. You can view these here.

We have not yet changed our legally registered name so you may still see Open Barbers C.I.C. in use for legal and financial matters
How did we decide on this name?
We decided some time ago that ‘Open Barbers’ doesn’t reflect the full range of services we offer, or the clients we welcome. Last year’s survey helped us decide to keep the beloved ‘Open’ in our name and we have enjoyed searching for a word to follow this.
To ‘Open Out’ our minds, hearts and possibilities can take courage, insight and trust, and this is something we always value and wish to support in our communities, so we’re excited to announce this as our new name!
Who made this amazing new logo?
We are forever grateful to the generosity, guidance and expertise of Studio Moross who kindly gifted us a full design package for our new look! As much as we enjoyed 14 years of Greygory’s hand drawn sketches, we are very excited for this upgrade!
